We just had a water [ boat race ] festival in Takhmau on the weekend. This is what it looks like.

What a miserable bunch you are, just let the Khmer population enjoy themselves for a few days it's not like the majority have much to look forward to ov the next two years

I notice a couple of toilet blocks have been set up at the Peace Park (opposite the Night Market) and Cintri has placed a giant skip bin there as well. Hopefully Cintri will remember the outcry last year after workers swept all that rubbish straight into the river.
