Ten trucks two hours to put it out? Obviously no foam and foam/water applicators. Fire doesn't look very big and with foam its out now. With all the petrol stations, cars, trucks, petrol tankers etc, they need to get some NGO to donate cans of foam and applicators. I wonder what happened to that Australian firefighting NGO that was around a couple years ago and did some "teaching." After talking with them it kind of looked like they were a front to sell used and new firefighting equipment to the Cambodians. Anyone heard anything of this organization lately?
