A Russian Expat Died in Sihanoukvile After Running His Motorbike Into the Container at the Seaport
Sihanoukville: According to Police Website on 18 July 2016, around 12:30 there was an accident happened in front of Sihanoukville seaport located in village 3 commune 3, Sihanoukville leaving the motorbike driver died at the scene. The victim is identified as Vitaly Lakovley, male, 43 years old, Russian. Currently the body is being kept at a pagoda located in commune 3 waiting for the decision from the embassy.
