Im sure every cambodia ceo member has a spare 185000 dollars to play with especially to buy half of a property with a khmer person they never met.

185000 price divided by 1150/month, your half of income, divided by 12 months in a year is equal to 13.4 years just to make your money back plus you have to pay for other expenses? So you would work for 13 years and 6 months for free.
