WANT TO BUY MITSU or TOYOTA or ISUZU

This is where you can buy and sell anything you want in Cambodia! There is no 'Craigslist Cambodia,' so this is the next best thing. Most items for sale are in Phnom Penh, but this is a buy and sell section for the whole country. Many expats and tourists have new and used items to sell, so anyone can list them here. CEO has no part in these sales, so buyers and sellers need to get in contact with each other themselves. You're always welcome to list items you're giving away for free, as we encourage the community to give when they can. Amazon and eBay ship select items to Cambodia, but you save time and money when you do things locally.

WANT TO BUY MITSU or TOYOTA or ISUZU

Post by Luigi »

Networking. I'm reaching out to fellow members in search of particular vehicle(s) to buy. Only have around $5,500.00 to spend. I want a 1994-95-96-97 Mitsubishi Pajero/Montero/Shogun with the 2.8 or 3.0 l TD engine. Must be LHD. W/Inter-cooler preferred. Picky picky right? :pardon: Also would consider the Toyota Hilux Surf with similar engine displacement. Isuzu Trooper would be splendid but have never seen here. No 2.5L please. Hey! WTF. It's worth a shot. Would pay finders fee for right vehicle. :hattip:

As I can testify, the Series 80 Toyota LandCruisers are just about bulletproof and lots of them around. You should be able to find a 1993 to around 1996 for $5,500. The engines are slow turning and last for just about forever. There are a lot of used parts available. Getting parts for a Mitubishi or Trooper might be a lot more difficult and $$$$. Also the LandCruiser can haul a lot. Only down side is that the 6 cyl uses a bit of petrol. I love the weight of it as I can usually bull my way through traffic.

I would like to buy a cheap pickup but there are none. Thailand has millions of old pickups, not worth importing here?
