Hi all, The below is available:

LOOKING FOR: 2 new housemates (2 rooms available)
I AM: existing housemate in 3 bedroom apartment

PROPERTY HAS: 3 bedroom apartment (2 rooms available, see below for details). Close to lucky supermarket in BKK1. Room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, linen, desk and fan. Larger room as A/C and ensuite bathroom. Smaller has own bathroom, but not attached.
The apartment has a large, open-air living room, and kitchen equipped with basics.
There is a washing machine and Wifi included (High speed fibre optic, with backup adsl).
PERIOD: large room is available from 15th DEC, small room from 30th DEC.
PRICE: Large room $180/month. Smaller room $130 per month. 1 month deposit is required. If staying for 6 months, then discount $10 both rooms.
Utilities is around $20-$30 per month without AC use, more if you are going to use AC.

Close to lots of restaurants, shops, cafes. No construction noise, quiet street.
