Having kids of the same age I couldn't get myself to look at the videos. The various posters depictions were graphic enough already but I read in today's local press that the videos were taken by a standstill phone, hence possibly implicating one perpetrator only ?

for what its worth, those electro shockers are used to heard animals, to move them onto trailors or move them along in the slaughter house. Somehow I still hope the Dutch guy was not involved. Hopefully time will tell.

I thought it was some sort of security guard's stun gun or whatever, but the Phnom Penh Post reported that it was a mosquito zapper racket that had been adapted.
