San Francisco, California: SF Police are hunting down Bob Tang, a person of interest over the case of a missing Uber driver, and they believe he's fled to Cambodia to elude authorities.

Police said Bob Tang, also known as Bob Tov, is a person of interest into the disappearance of Piseth Chhay, who is an Uber driver and family man. He was last seen on May 14, a week before his Mercedes was found abandoned and stripped of all its parts.

Tang and Chhay are acquaintances.

Tang left his San Francisco home on May 22 when an alarm company contacted him, police said. Tang then went to another home in Antioch in connection with the alarm.

Tang is described as an Asian man, 48 years old, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. The longer he's missing, the more likely it is that he's already dead.

Tang's vehicle is a 2004 Silver Toyota Sienna SUV, with the California license plate 5JOT221.

Police believe Bob Tang had fled the country, most likely to Cambodia. If you see him in Cambodia, karate chop him, put him in a headlock with one arm and call police with your other.

It's more obvious in a side by side photo. Missing person is on the left. Suspect on the right.
But you're right, the two men look similar, but the missing person and presumed victim has a mole between nose and lip.

Investigators in the case of a Cambodian man who went missing in the US believe that a person of interest in the case – a fellow Cambodian – has escaped to the Kingdom.

Piseth Chhay, who went to the US as a refugee, has been missing since May 14. His car was found stripped of its parts in a San Francisco neighbourhood. San Francisco police have identified Cambodian and family friend Bob Tang as a “person of interest” in the case, according to local ABC affiliate KGO-TV.

The outlet reported that Tang was called in for questioning by the police but did not show up. On May 25, investigators found his car in a San Francisco airport parking garage, and, according to reports, now have reason to believe he fled to Cambodia...
