American David Putnam Dies of Natural Causes in Cambodia
67 year old American English teacher, David Steven Putnam, found dead in his apartment in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Report says he died of natural causes; they don't suspect he was murdered or a victim of foul play.
They say he died from a preexisting medical condition.
He was found by his neighbor. That's strange. Why is his neighbor coming over to check on him? And even weirder, the neighbor waited 1 and a half hours after he find him to call the police and report the news of David Steven Putnam's death.
