Undoubtedly, but I'm not their lawyer and they aren't my friends or even people I'm remotely acquainted with, so their ultimate fates within the Cambodian criminal justice system was never a concern of mine particularly. I was just noting what was actually taking place as a matter of trivia or simply out of a personal love of accuracy whenever possible. They'll get convicted of manufacturing and quite possibly receive 30 year sentences, all of them. There have been folks who were caught with a lot less evidence than the collection pictured who've gotten stitched up like that, even people who were obviously just users or small-time dealers in the manner that most users end up being at one point or another ... If you've got a scale or multiple bags in your possession, regardless of the weight of the narcotics, you can and will get nailed to the cross for it. Mercy has never been featured very prominently in Khmer culture, I've noted.
