Smoked Meats Snookyville

I just found a place on Victory Hill that sells great smoked meats. I believe the guy is Russian and doesn't speak English, but his wife does. He smokes chicken, pork ribs, sausage. I got the chicken and sausage and loved it.

As your coming from downtown in Snookyville, go through the stoplight by Victory Hill. There will be a hotel on the left and a sign (in Russian), its just an open gate to a small courtyard, with a smoker and a showcase.

I love smoked marlin. Ask the guy if he can do some and what kind of wood he uses for smoking.
