There's a great opportunity of a bar on the beach for sale at Otres right on the beach, on FB https://www.facebook.com/groups/sihanou ... roperties/
Business for sale or rent. LITTLE MOOREA beach restaurant and bungalows in Otres 1 beach. Business is running well. Selling because I have to go back to my country. Price for sale 35000$, price for rent 650$ monthly.

Could be a great investment, anybody in? They may take less as it could be demolished at further expense soon!

Out of curiosity, is there any Russian restaurants in Phnom Penh?

Irina is a lot more expensive than that Sihanoukville place.

Someone was asking about cheap food in SHV on another thread ?

So last week Happy World were selling Russian pancakes filled with chicken, gherkins, cucumber and cream for $1 a piece. Two of them filled the hole, and very tasty too. You can't beat this for cheap and it's a change from rice.
There was some other stuff on the specials board for the same price, but don't remember what (Sorry, this is a crap restaurant review lol. )
I don't know how they can make a profit on this.
Hurry up and try it before they close I reckon.

Its worth going just to sit on a proper couch and have a beer. A bit off the beaten track and aimed at the little section of barang expats down the hill and around the corner from the Blind Beggar.

I wouldn't drive 15 minutes to get there but if your local you it's pretty good.
