Across the road from L.V. club
No idea what is called either but should be easy to find it
M'lop Russey or something like that, there's side by ride.
And which one's the good one ?
two restaurants side by ride.
Lol, revealing lapsus there RB.
:plus1: On the left IIRC. Although I've yet to slide right side to try the ride.

All on Vic Hill. Chaka is on crnr, the 1 with the bottles. Across from Corner Resto. Also adequate Philly cheese steak samich $3.50. Daniel a Philly native & Ante is a Finn. Nice guys & they have have great cookies for $3.00. :thumb:

Sombat Sombon is in the warehouse district ( my description) up from resto street. Same family from original Retox. Also guesthouse & bungabungalows. Now with a store with MUCH better pricing than fukuverymuch Samudera. But not the variety. Yet.

Tutti Frutti also has a $2.00 burger & a $0.50 papaya juice. Many other reasonably priced options. Francois & his luvly Khmer wife keep a very clean kitchen. Tasty & filling cheap dinners & lunches. Closed Saturdays.

Irina's owned & operated by a luvly Ruskie lady named Irinia has some tasty tex/mex dishes. Much better than when she had a Ruskie menu. (most bland food in the entire world).

Mama's to be open soon ??? across from Heng Heng looks to be a lil upscale for Vic Hill. Tori & Tahdi from Mealy Chenda have tried & tried to make somethin work from a primo location only to fail due to inconsistency.
Consistency is what keeps Pov at Heng,s busy all the time. What you order one day is prepared & served same same.

Corner bar has a great $3,50 pizza but best to eat there as take out is stacked 1/2 on other 1/2 in styro clam shell.

Gonna go to new resto on Vic Hill for V day gf BD tomorrow. Will give review. Nice setting & entres are about $7-8.

No.

I lived above that place before the owners leased to present occupants. Nice apt. for the price but the rats invaded to the point I was trapping 3-4 every nite. I had to wire the traps to something to keep from dragging away. Once they started to come into my apt. it was time to go. Plus the cop shop next door were a real nuisance with drunk parties 4-5 times a week.

I think the Indo places side by side across from diamond sea serve the casino industry as there were many motos taking 10-12 or more take-aways several times a day. IDKFS. Just a guess really.
