Lots going on in and around CR, couple good clubs and the odd bars, some awesome rides all around the area, easy trip to the border for visa in some cases, cheap duty free booze, wouldn't want to live there though.

been to the club, actually probs one of the best clubs i been to out here, its fucking huge inside with a great live band

as for bars, all the old hostess bars have turned into hispter bars, the scene has changed there, a lot more touristy
there is a fun massage joint down one of the side streets of Jetyod road though

Yeah no where great except Indo for SE Asia, but renting a bike for a few weeks in Taiwan or Northern Vietnam could be fun though.
Funny you mention the USA, was just watching some youtube clips of SerpantZA on his USA road trip in an old corvette and it got me thinking about the last time I did one, was a 2 week trip from Whistler to San Fran for Y2K party. Made it all the way east to Montana, down to Colorado and back to Portland and then drove down the coast. Would love to do a couple month zig zag trip from say Seattle to Texas, cars are so damn cheap in the states, pick up one of these and do it in style.

Could easily spend a month just touring around up there on a bike but screw that when it's 35+ Celsius everyday in April. Been there done that.

I love traveling by car in america buy a vw bus , spend 6 months going everywhere...camping hptel stays... ship it back and open it as a bar......
