Sihanoukville bars with tourist females ?

Sihanoukville bars with tourist females ?

Which bars or hangouts in Sihanoukville usually have the maximum ratio of tourist females(eg Australian,European, US etc. or even other Asians as long as not business girls and NOT overpriced Russian etc. hookers) to total customers. Would they generally be in Otres beach area ? Any names and directions in particular may be helpful.
