Unfortunately nobody gives a shit for Foreigner on Foreigner scam. It seems there are 2 options available:
1, Stop whingeing put it down to experience and move on with your life.
2, Take a piece of rebar about 18inches long, swing it just below his knees from the front as hard as you can and walk away. Whilst you will not get your money at least you know your money will be put to good use covering his medical bills and chances are he will have a reminder of you in the shape of metal pins in his legs for the rest of his life.

He started making light weight blocks to go with his lighweight reputation. Fly ash is what they use in India for lightweight concrete blocks. A by product of burning coal, from coal fired power stations in Cambodia.
I met a guy the other day who has been coming to Cambodia for years to do pest control., he remembers Don when he was at the Australian Embassy.
Where is he now- GSM or Koh Kong?

While I can appreciate the information on a possible scam....

I am left wondering how many board members would be in the market for
used brick making equipment as it were. Hard to get much of it
past customs on ones (me) return to the states.

The equipment hasn't been used much, they never sold fuck all blocks. I believe the lawyer partner who owned the land at Kompong Speu is the Aussie married to that short, brown alleged ex model who runs the famous modeling agency- Sapoor?
