Official guide to being a tight arse in Siem Reap
It's official I've rented a monthly room in Cambodia for the first time ever after over 50 trips over 7 years in KoW.
Here is an official guide to being a tight arse in siem reap province.
I will start by the number 1 most Important thing in Cambodia and that is me best and only mate.
this is Angkor beer it's 2000 riel it's approx 50 cent USD
Unlikeness Western world cambodia has pull rings with a chance to win a free beer.
my friend says it a 30% chance if winning.
Sadly this one I lost.
keep watching for more tips

How about telling us about the room?
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

If you buy your beer by the case, it works out cheaper. Maybe around 40 cents. (But then you'll need ice or a fridge).

Locals are polite and everyone with a moto bike is a potential motodop.
(motodop is a motor bike taxi)
Average cost should be 2000 riel (50cents USD) for a ride across town.

What does one do in SR for 1 month.
More than just any old backpacker.

I haven't done a strict statistical analysis but at my local hang chap houii I would guess 15-20% chance.

Seems correct, although a few years back It would have been higher by 5%.taabarang wrote:I haven't done a strict statistical analysis but at my local hang chap houii I would guess 15-20% chance.
