This mozzarella is slightly more affordable at 18 $ for 2.5 kilos.
Well worth it if you cooking pasta and cheese on a day to day basis, A huge step up from mama noodles.

I've become a big fan of tofu over the years, the gf fries it in a pan with soy - ponzu and serves with scallions, Fuck n A awesome with some sticky rice.

Isn't all tofu fermented? I love my natto, I eat almost everyday for breakfast, the Japanese think I'm weird, that's an accomplishment

no it is not all fermented.
i like the Indonesian tempe' that has whole soy beans and a white fungal culture.
it is full of phyto estrogens that are not so good for men though.
