Been hundred of times in bangkok over the past 20 years but haven't set foot in kao san road since my first 1995 visit.

^^^ I live/have lived here 8 years. Immigration for a one-year period had a weekly Saturday limited service in a mall. The only time I've set foot in KSR.

last time i was on khao san was during the '92 coup as lots went on nearby at the Democracy Monument.

Soi Rambuttri is nearby and far far better. KSR is a dump. Actually, they have apparently got rid of selling stuff on streets, is that right? If so, whats there now?

If so I would recommend walking 6 months in the Himalayas and after that a few days in Bangkok.
This program should guarantee any wanking fat young westerner male, a better physical condition, a renewed interest in life and a succesful asian fuck.
