Introduce Yourself

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Agreed, I'm just a cynical old flocker who rarely posts anyway.

I'm not German.

I did however flee to Cambodia as it has no extradition treaty with my home country. Spent several weeks in Phnom Penh smoking opium but was then robbed by a contortionist bar girl called Vanna who stole all my money, my copy of Mein Kampf and my collection of Michael Buble CDs.
Almost destitute, I took on a job smuggling stolen antiquities to Europe on behalf of a Russian oligarch with a limp and a pet Lemur. On my return to Cambodia I moved to Sihanoukville for the bracing sea air, lively and interesting expat community and the sense of history and culture.
I am now writing my memoirs which will bring down the government of a small South Pacific island and also carry out odd jobs for the Vietnamese mafia.
At weekends I like to indulge my loves of drinking prodigious amounts of bourbon, having wild sex with amputee bar girls and imbibing heroic amounts of psychedelics. You can often find me propping up various bars in need of renovation or on the hill at 2am looking for a last minute bargain.
In my spare time I enjoy stalking Thai soap opera actresses online, French cooking and crocheting famous medieval battle scenes.
In the future I hope for world peace and a cure for herpes.

Yes, but unfortunately the card costs what you would save with the discount, so it seems rather pointless to sell you one.

Be glad to sell you two though.
