dealing with a next door neighbour(yank)

Who will Quite openly have a very loud conversation on the phone with someone(think male)about his preferences for sex and blow jobs,but constantly complains about any noise made by myself or my girlfriend(Just normal stuff like phone calls and watching videos on phone).the latest complaint was about the person the other side of him speaking to his girlfriend on the phone at a far lees volume than he uses.he even had the cheek to buy my girlfriend earphones.Think he may even post on here. :crazy: :crazy:

Yeah, avoid getting into trouble with other expats in general here, some of them can be dangerous. Best is to just relocate quickly.

Its not at that stage and never will be,He just has no tolerance for other people around him,yet he choses to live in a complex.
