coming for a visit soon

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I have seen my doctor who says my heart is in good nick, so i won,t get a heart attack. My drug intake is zero, apart from the odd spliff, so an overdose is unlikely.
I have no intention of starting a business so i am in no fear of getting wacked by russian criminals. I will avoid the dodgy bargirls so no chance of getting stabbed by a jealous boyfriend. I don,t swim when i am pissed, i will not be driving a motorbike and i doubt i will get buses around cambodia.
SO apart from all that how do i avoid death during my one month stay?

Are you chartering a flight? As far as I know there aren't any scheduled flights from Bangkok to Sihanoukville.

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

i used to do the trip between SHV>Hua Hin around once a month about 4 years back, fuck knows how i managed to do it so regularly its hellish! would set off from SHV around 7.30-8pm and arrive in Hua Hin around 6pm the following evening

busses (approx)
SHV>PP 5-6hours (sleeper bus)
PP > PP 8-9hours (sleeper bus)
Border 1hour
PP>BKK 5-6hours (minivan)
BKK>HH 2.5-3hours (minivan)

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
