This is just my view about dating with barang in my country. I write it in Cambodian Culture and Language because it is what barang should know why and why not Khmer women date with barangs?

Why should date with barangs
1. Love doesn't care about race or class : because we are human, everyone around the world want to be loved. We can have mixed kids and get to know other cultures. If you want to know the world, know more people around the world.
2. They are open minded: barangs are very easy going . they won't mind the way you are. You don't need to act like a very gentle women, never go out at night, never have any bf, never go anywhere without parents. They just like a woman, not a kid.
3. They don't mind how much you can earn or how many sisters and brothers you have: you still can find a good guy even you used to work in a bar. They don't care where are you from even you have a lot of brothers and sisters or you live in countryside it doesn't the matter in relationship.
4. They have a sense of humor: most barang have a sense of humor or a bit crazy ..lolz... But it's a good point in relationship that it makes the relationship isn't boring.

Why should not date with barangs
1. They will not serious in relationship : It doesn't mean they don't love you, but they want to spend time to live together without marriage. You might think of your culture and relationship then make a decision.
2. They will shame you in public: They might hug or kiss you in public that make you feel awkward in doing so.
3. You might feel awkward: you will feel you don't know any foreign foods, general knowledge, English language and people around you stare at you such you are a prostitute.
4. Barangs have many girls before dating with you: That is what you should know that barang might have complicated relationship in their past and if you can accept it then go for it.

I was going to add my two cents here. Then I had a change of mind. I think I'll stay out of this subject. My response may be a touch biased.

You sound so sweet and lovely. All of your points are valid; although, I could add a few more. But I don't think we are addressing the bigger picture as much as what a certain selection of middle class Cambodian girls may think.
The point of yours I selected above is very true and perhaps you could let us know why you think this is in more detail?
