Chbab Srey - Code and Conduct for Khmer Women

Have questions or resources regarding Khmer Culture? This forum is all about the Kingdom of Cambodia's culture. Khmer language, Cambodian weddings, French influence, Cambodian architecture, Cambodian politics, Khmer customs, etc? This is the place. Living in Cambodia can cause you to experience a whole new level of culture shock, so feel free to talk about all things related to the Khmer people, and their traditions. And if you want something in Khmer script translated into English, you will probably find what you need.

Foolish people of wrong view, people who demand rather to give right causes to gain good fruits, people who have neither wisdom nor faith in what is good and what is bad, those low "heros of the day", do not only destroy their own goodness and welfare but also that of many bond to them, possible follow their foolish ideas of fighters outwardly... in maxist and phseudouliberal manner: the destructor of all good old conducts and ways.

If not being able to be ashamed from now on in doing such, may you all soon learn to be ashamed to follow wrong thinking, words and deeds soon, quick, because the pain and misery following such will be hard to bear once possible falling away from delution or seeing reality, face the consequences to thing to be wiser as wise.

May the results of the deeds of rebelling and "partiseit" against leader of ones releation/dependency, Brahmans (teacher of good conduct), parents, Recluses, which usually leads naturally to low and hellish states, be avoided by seeing right as right, and wrong as wrong and chance ones mind before to late. May the fruits of foolish deeds, by wise deeds be not experienced painfully, no matter how bad your thinking has been before. May you find the ways of giving right causes for long lasting happiness by your selfwith ease, without causing yourself and others much longer so much pain.

If you would care about you own duties that would be the cause not to act wrong. And one would see that neither linga no yoni worshipping, better I am, lower I am, equal I am (the three ways of conceit), is not contained as lastly aim of focus on ones own conduct and teach what is really good to do or not to do in right manners: by giving, not by demanding, claiming and call for right. What one gives, good or bad, is ones own destiny. Where do you like to go? Where would you like to lead to? Fight, imbalance, devoicing, pain:hell? For the most those not understanding how red Khmer/ desire&hate Khema, bloody appearance of peacefully arises, fighting outward and not seeing the causes within one self, for the most they have already become red-khmer (foolish heros) without knowing what they cause for themselfs and many. So start you work where you have to, by our self: thats the meaning of help your self fist, learn to give and let go your self frist and not demanding it from others.

May you be able to receive this gift of compassion and be able to follow it for your own happiness and that of many. May you start to learn and follow your very one Cchbab, focus on whats your duty.

That not the right place here Nyom "Brah(ma) of destruction now" and you should change your name fist, as well as the worshipping of anger and hatred, of pain.
If able, feel welcome everytime.

A person fool of anger, appiciating anger, when wishing in meeting Khema (Khmer, peace, refuge) needs to let go of old poision food and relation first to meet such.

"Please explain."

Believe me, you're not the only one whom this super endoctrinated Buddhist confused. Her prose is trickier and more slippery than a Jesuit syllogism. The most I could gather is that she cannot appreciate the pun In your poster handle. So, while waiting for an understandable exegesis (Klartext) I think I'd prefer
to spend my time discussing cultural/philosophical issues with Cath Harry.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.
