what is your fav quiet bar to go to ??

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Feel free to post specials and promotions that relate to nighttime fun!

Try White Love Bar on Sisawath Quay. Not sure of current prices or if it's still alive but previously - Lady drinks $5, Tiger draft $5, or free pour on selected drinks $40 per hour.

If you want something cheaper, Black Pearl on 172 does Tiger draft for $1.50, and I think lady drinks are $3.50. The bar is quite "classy" considering its location. Its usually quite quiet as its a tad "upmarket"for most of the clientele that frequent that street :D Girls don't usually molest customers unless its a request, and would be glad of the custom and happy to chat and play pool for the cost of a few drinks.

Doesn't the Royal Khmer Hotel up by the Palace have a deal on Tiger draft during the day? Think my dad said it was $1.50 10 till 10. Pretty sure he said it was quiet.

Indeed, Jamie. As I said in another K440 thread, this sounds like the same guy who posts from Korea and got banned on pattaya-addicts for asking about virtually every illegal activity in Cambodia. He was "creepy."
