The hidden world of Cambodian sex workers - video

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Feel free to post specials and promotions that relate to nighttime fun!

Interesting cheers. "We sometimes think we've reached the limit" doesn't sound good.

Anti-trafficking law. More good than harm? I heard that the US made all funding for Cambodia dependent on it having nothing to do with the prostitution industry. Which included free health checks and medical treatment for sex workers in Phnom Penh. Those free clinics all finished around 2008 I think. Glad to see there is an organisation back on the streets helping again. I wonder how they get past the anti-trafficking laws funding restrictions.

Good video. My friends in America were amazed that Brothels are legal in OZ. Every US big city has squads of police to put men and women in jail for what's legal in Australia. The US is wasting million/billions of dollars while OZ tax's and regulates it. The US has harsh drug and prostitution laws and imposes these draconian laws on other countries as they attach foreign aid to complying with the wish's of the misguided US agencies who police these antiquated laws. Obviously some big pockets in Cambodia got filled to pass laws against things like weed and pay-for-play.
