Garage Bar has "Lady Drinks" Now for a Whopping $6? Oh, And I'm BANNED...

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. I see many expats drinking in bars with their mates. So how much are you guys paying for '' boy drinks '' ?

Speaking as a non drinker, you can see I've got no experience in these matters.

are you talking about friends who work the bar? i know a few bars that have male khmer staff that i buy drinks as they my friends (they often buy me drinks also)
just gets charged the normal rate as far as im aware, but tbh i never check my tab, tbh i never usually remember paying, tbh i sometimes dont remember going home, sometimes...

haha both, surprised ive never been robbed tbh :plus1:

tbh i was mainly talking about the Taboo bar in SHV as all the bar tenders are male and friends of mine and i often buy them drinks, i always drink long islands in there so by the end of the night i sometimes lapse lol always in control, just too drunk to give a fuck about what my bill is

I have to update this!

OK, it's still a bit of a mystery about the lady drink, but the fries are sorted and that veggie burger is damn good.

The veggie patty was hearty and even managed to stay in one piece.

I just noticed that you can add bacon for $1. I assume that's for anything, Simon? I would have added it to the veggie burger, LoL. Hell, if it comes on the side, might order it with my next drink to nibble on.

And no more small/large orders of fries, it's just $1.50 for a side of fries, and the serving was definitely upped.
