Yeah please, this thread was about acquiring medication to alleviate strong physical pain not about scoring drugs to get high. I did eventually find a pharmacy near me that sold tramadol. Out of a package of ten four are left and no they are NOT for sale.

Most pharmacies have Codalgin Forte. It is Paracitamol and Codine. They work really well and are about $5.00 for a box of 20. They are made in Australia so good quality.

Codeine is strong stuff, prescription only in australia for anything with codeine now. That stuff that killed Prince, can you get that in PP? It sounds like a winner.

Codeine is not so dangerous,it's just that it gets used by addicts sometimes.
Heroin might be safer than fentanyl ...or maybe not... Whatever, you cannot buy this OTC so it was either prescribed or bought on the black market.
The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office released a report saying the singer died after taking a toxic amount of fentanyl.

It's a painkiller that America's Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) says is 50 times more potent than heroin.

It's usually used in hospitals to treat cancer patients with severe pain, but the DEA says that it's also being used on the street to cut heroin.

Codeine is not yet illegal in Australia.
While it metabolises as morphine, it is a very safe and effective medicine when used correctly.
It is the height of infringement of liberty to place these medicines under prescription only status,
The assumption being that we are somehow not to be trusted to look after our own health.

HUH? o is the first step to make morphine.
and great for pain, ( and dreams)

Opium by itself is a great pain killer ? Could be for you anyway. But just reading how many other things it contains many substances in quite abundance of which do nothing for pain by themselves I would have thought not though I cuold be wrong. Anyway perhaps you may know where else besides Angor Chey in PP can I get Ketamine as was too expensive there(not that i didn't splurge anyway and buy some). And what about MDMA ? Someone on some other forum nothing to do with Cambodia said in the provinces can get more usual unlawful things in most countries than in Phnom Penh though according atleast in the province where this original poster was seems not to be true.
If you're not trolling, a word of advice - you want to buy chemicals in the cambodian countryside? Just say no. They will probly sell you some DDT/pesticide/f'k knows what. No and no. %) And no. i'm not kidding.

Just postulating a wee bit.

Could it be about the lobbyist, lawyers & politicians all in bed having an orgy?

Please allow me to rephrase your Samdech.

Could it be about the money?

Well put. Could not agree more. Your own health or non-health is yours and only your business. Anyone should have the right to commit suicide as they wish and don't owe anyone any reason or excuse at all. If they only had euthanasia for foreigners as they do in that ungodly expensive frozen wasteland Switzerland(no offense to the citizens of Switzerland of course) in CAmbodia it would then truly be a paradise esp if they had the cryonic suspension to go along with it.

By the way does anyone know if Vietnam for example in Saigon has a similar relatively relaxed availability of similar pain killers and such as the do in Phnom Penh ?
