Transfer of Cambodian entry stamp to new passport

Post by thecyclist »

Is the transfer of a tourist visa from an old passport to a new one free of charge? Can an agency handle that or do I have to go to the immigration office myself?

No need to transfer, just show both passports. I have done that many times.

Yes I know you can do it at the border, but I want to get a Thai visa first in my new password without having to show my old passport at the Thai embassy.

I am sure that will work. the Thai's dont have any computers, no record of your name, date of birth or anything else so immigration will be totally unaware your are scamming them by changing passports. i am sure no-one has done it before
