Don Bosco do private lessons for $70 per month 3 1h lessons per week, works out $5 a lesson, definitely worth it

Hi Jamie,
Is that school still going strong? If so do you have a phone number (preferred) or an email address). Their website has a place to post but I prefer talking in person.
Cheers Taa

How is your Khmer Jamie. Are you pretty fluent now? Could you teach Khmers to lay face bricks?

Re: Khmer lessons in Sihanoukville
yeah its alright, its a slow learning curve so its hard to judge progress, my vocab is improving all the time, but ive spent most of the past year improving my reading and writing to which is pretty on point now to which most of my khmer friends just write to me in khmer now, so im now going back and starting to focus more on improving my vocab, i know more than enough to get by but im not fluent yet theres always new words to learn, ive only really been studying for the past 2 years, so a couple more years yet i guess and i might be close, willyhilly wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2017 8:49 am How is your Khmer Jamie. since i went to school for 4 months last year ive come a long way, being able to read is a massive help, if i want to know a word i just have to look at a dictionary,
i could teach a man without hands to lay face bricks hahaha
but yeah i guess so, it would be more of a case of watching and learning rather than telling them what to do, its about efficient technique, ive seen some of the guys laying bricks out here....
