They have flashcards of all of the letters and numbers at the IBC bookstores. However, the flashcards are for Cambodian kids so they don't have English on the back, they have pictures of animals that start with the same letter, so if you don't know the Khmer words for a billion animals, it doesn't help much. You can write your own "hints" on the other side, though. I found it easier to just get index cards and make my own.

What I did was take private lessons. Then make cards from the lessons. In 4 months at 4 hours a week I had over 1500 words. It really helped. Also you need a Khmer to be the diction nazi for you.
