im new here, Sorin from Romania ..., any recommendations for cheap khmer food in Phnom Panh ?
street foods, markets,...?...my budget is so ....low :(

Make lots of friends, and go visiting them at mealtimes.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
