Agricultural lime or dolomite

Hey, does anyone know where I can get lime or dolomite? I am having a hard time sourcing large amounts of high quality lime. So far everything I've found comes I unmarked bags so determining the application rate has been difficult.

just buy builder's lime wherever they sell cement.
apply to desired PH.
doubt you will find dolomite

Plenty of lime available from a few shops selling farm stuff by the market in Kampot. Probably comes from the mountains in Kampot,where they make cement and also across the border in Vietnam [ cement works ].
